Where is AquaFit Shop located?
Our headquarters is located at 1208 Festival Lane, Montgomery, US 36117. However, we ship worldwide to water sports enthusiasts everywhere (excluding some remote areas in Asia).

How do I choose the right size bodyboard?
Bodyboard size depends on your height and weight. As a general rule:
- Under 4’6″ (137cm): 33″-36″ board
- 4’6″ to 5′ (137-152cm): 38″-40″ board
- 5′ to 5’6″ (152-168cm): 40″-42″ board
- Over 5’6″ (168cm): 42″ or larger board
What’s the difference between foil front wings and rear wings?
Front wings provide lift and are the primary foil component that gets you flying above the water. Rear wings (stabilizers) provide balance and control. We offer various sizes and configurations for different skill levels and water conditions. Beginners typically start with larger front wings for more stability.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
