Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack items securely in original packaging with all accessories. Include the return authorization number on your package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival):

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns for:

- Used Products: Any gear showing signs of water exposure or use
- Kitesurf Clothing & Accessories: Worn or washed items (hats, gloves, boots)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us immediately with photos
- We’ll arrange free return shipping if needed
- Receive priority processing for replacement or refund
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S. (excluding remote areas in Asia):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs
