All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations (excluding some remote areas in Asia where we don’t ship).

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium bodyboarding, foil wing, and kitesurf equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how to return or exchange your items:

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Photos if claiming defective item

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address: 1208 Festival Lane, Montgomery, US 36117

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Pack items securely in original packaging with all accessories
  • Include the return authorization number on your package
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). International customers (outside U.S.) should mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees.

Step 4: Processing & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) within 3-5 business days
  • Exchanges: Shipped via your original shipping method (DHL/FedEx or EMS)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Foil Parts & Accessories: Small components that could be damaged during return shipping
  • Customized Equipment: Items modified to your specifications
  • Used Products: Any gear showing signs of water exposure or use
  • Kitesurf Clothing & Accessories: Worn or washed items (hats, gloves, boots)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us immediately with photos
  • We’ll arrange free return shipping if needed
  • Receive priority processing for replacement or refund

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S. (excluding remote areas in Asia):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs
